The main components of conductive sponge include polymer polyurethane composite material, conductive filler and antistatic agent. Specifically, conductive sponge is produced by polymer polyurethane composite foaming technology, and its foaming pore size is uniform, soft and elastic, and has corrosion resistance. In addition, the base material of conductive sponge usually adopts polymers with good elasticity and flexibility, such as polyurethane sponge.
The preparation process of conductive sponge includes the following steps: first, polyethylene or modified polyethylene is used with conductive filler and antistatic agent through extrusion molding; then, it is subjected to radiation cross-linking and high-temperature foaming; finally, the conductive cloth in the electronic shielding material is wrapped around the sponge to enhance its shielding performance and conductive performance.
