‌ The following points should be noted during the use and storage of conductive film:

‌ Moisture-proof and anti-pollution: The conductive film has strong water absorption. Long-term exposure to the air will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide, causing the film to deteriorate. Therefore, it must be moisture-proof during storage and avoid long-term exposure to a humid environment. In addition, during use, avoid exposing the film to organic solvents and base gases to avoid affecting its optical function.

‌ Temperature control: The conductive film is sensitive to temperature, and rising temperature will increase resistance. During use, high temperature environments should be avoided, especially below 600 degrees, and resistance will increase with rising temperature. At the same time, the temperature should be controlled at 140°C or below during heat treatment, and long-term high temperature treatment should be avoided.

‌ Avoid friction and stretching: Rubbing the surface of the conductive film with fingers or cloth will cause changes in surface resistance, so friction on the surface of the film should be avoided. In addition, stretching more than 1% may damage the film, so special attention should be paid when using it.

‌Proper Storage‌: The conductive film should be stored in the original packaging, the storage environment temperature should not exceed 35°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Failure to meet the storage conditions will cause the film performance to deteriorate and affect the use effect.
