The main materials for conductive films include the following:
Indium tin oxide (ITO): It is a mixture of 90% indium oxide (In₂O₃) and 10% tin oxide (SnO₂). It has high conductivity and good light transmittance. It is one of the most widely used conductive film materials.
Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO): It uses tin dioxide (SnO₂) as the matrix and improves its electrical properties by introducing fluorine-doped elements. It has the characteristics of transparent conductivity and is widely used in the optoelectronic field.
Aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO): It has similar conductivity and light transmittance to ITO, but at a lower cost and is suitable for large-scale production.
Carbon-based materials: Such as carbon nanotubes and graphene, which have good flexibility and wear resistance and are suitable for applications that require high flexibility.
Metal oxides: Such as ruthenium oxide, nickel oxide, etc., have excellent conductivity and stability.
Conductive polymer materials: such as polyaniline and polythiophene, which have the characteristics of plasticity and low cost, but have low conductivity.
